The Board of P&H (Members)
The Board of P&H formulates the policy of the Research Institute and lays down the following affairs: The Board publishes an annual report on the activities of the Research Institute in the previous year.

The Management Team (Members)
The management team consists of the scientific director and the deputy scientific director. The scientific director attends to the daily course of business of the Research Institute on behalf of the board. This encompasses, among other things: the planning and implementation of the research and training program, the preparation of the 5-year plan and the annual work program, the framing of the annual budget, the supervision and evaluation of Ph.D. and postdoctoral projects, the development and implementation of the publicity policy, and the maintenance and coordination of the contacts, activities, and public relations of P&H. The scientific director is supported by the deputy director. The P&H Office has a supportive function for the entire organization.

Research Committee (Members)
The Research Committee advises the management team and the scientific director of P&H on all aspects of the organization and implementation of research within the Research Institute. An important task of this committee is the evaluation of research proposals for Ph.D. and postdoctoral projects.

Training Committee (Members)
The Training Committee advises the management team and the scientific director of P&H on all aspects of the organization and implementation of the training that is provided by the Research Institute, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the training program of P&H.

Ph.D. Council (Members)
The Ph.D. Council advises the Board and the scientific director on matters that concern the training and supervision of Ph.D. students.
